5. Appointments at the Registration Office
You have just arrived at Bochum and you would like to register at the city? You have moved apartments and need an appointment to report your new address to the city? Or you are going to leave Germany for good and you would like to de-register? We will gladly make an appointment for you at the Registration office at the “Unicenter” in Bochum Querenburg, right next to the campus. Please send us an e-mail with your inquiry.
Please note that - due to Covid-19 regulations - we are currently not allowed to provide assistance with on-site translation.
To ensure a trouble-free appointment, we have created a questionnaire that you can fill out beforehand. It includes all questions that are relevant for the procedure at the Registration Office. That way there is no need for actual communication. The questionnaire has been designed in cooperation with the Registration Office.
Of course, we are available by telephone during your appointment if any communication issues occur.
